Think in Pictures Crew
 Think in Pictures Events crew are those fabulous and excited people who have completed one or more Think in Pictures Events’ program and have made some breakthroughs in their lives simply by attending a workshop, being prepared to have a go and and are passionate about giving back.
Think in Pictures Events’ participants often comment on how wonderfully supportive and encouraging the crew have been as crew take time out to be of service, to assist and support others in their journey to becoming their best and realising their potential.
Many events simply don’t work without the contribution from crew so we want to reward you.
Of course, just being able to give back is a reward in itself and each Think in Pictures’ event varies in how it rewards its crew.

All TIPS dollar values above are redeemable for yourself only towards Think in Pictures’ trainings only and are not redeemable for cash.
To be eligible to crew an event,
- You need to have completed a Think in Pictures’ program. If you have completed Speaker SportsTM, for example, then you are eligible to crew for that program. If you have completed Keeping Up Appearances, then you are eligible to crew for that program. You get the idea.
- You need to be available to crew the entire event. The participants rely on crew for assistance, advice and sometimes coaching, so its imperative you attend the entire event, build rapport and support the participants through their journey.
- You will be required to attend a crew briefing prior to the event, to assist with set up and pack up and to stick around after the participants have gone home for a daily wrap-up, debrief and feedback.
- We have a limited number of crew positions available and given there is a lot of interest in crewing Think in Pictures’ events, we ask that you be patient whilst we respond to your registrations of interest.
